Ritualizing Tea & Cheese: Four Seasonal Pairings

Ritualizing Tea & Cheese

Life has been non-stop this spring!

To catch you up, I brought some goodies home from India to share with my RTR family. Stop by for a boo to try out our new Boo Chai cups, the traditional stainless steel tumbler and bowl also known as the Dabra Vati. More India updates in the next letter!

The Sakura Festival in Fairmount Park last weekend was amazing! I am so grateful to have been able to participate in such a refreshing nature inspired gathering. The energy and amazing outfits worn by the attendees was almost as breathtaking as the tender blossoms bursting forth upon the branches. Our newest Cha Ren, Aura made this video of us foraging for the upcoming seasons Sakura blends which are still in the “pickle” stage of their process, I’ll send out another message when they are dried and blended.

Those events have past, so now let us step into the present and, or very near future. And that future involves cheese. Not just any cheese but very specially selected and paired intrinsically with the most complimentary leaves of tea. There are only a few tickets left for this savory event. Sign up now before they are sold out.

Other future events to look forward to are a DIY Mothers Day Gift Craft Gathering led by our artist in resident Anastasia Alexandrin. We’re going to ask you to send us a high contrast photo of your Mom so you can create a home made gift to share, or keep. As well as the Celebration of the Roses on May 27th at the Wyck Garden.

I am very much looking forward to the next time that we tea.

Until then,

Becky
